Unused ped b_wom2 and pedgrp.dat

Few days ago i was surfing around youtube Grand Theft Auto III related videos and found this video: 

I was full of sure what this is just a common ped you meet on Staunton, but no - i've spend a hour driving around Staunton, but failed. Well the thing interested me and i started to look around game files. First of all the ped we looking for is b_wom2. There she is:

In pedgrp.dat file she mentioned only once

b_man1, b_man2 b_man3, b_wom1, b_wom2, b_wom3, mod_man, mod_wom # south area

This line has index 13, and this index never used with 0324 opcode (set_zone_pedgroup_info) in main.scm file, which completely equal in ps2, pc and xbox versions and this means what this ped never can be meet in game.

How did they forgot to use this nice ped in release version? Well, maybe they had some other reasons. The whole pedgrp.dat seems to be little messed up. Some of ped groups are just equal copy of default and there is a note "Please dont use 'male01' in any of the pedgroups", but male01 still used in "little italy" area (Saint Marks). male01 is a ped in blue coat, who meant to be only inside vehicles. He saying things like "I warned you" or "I got a better car than you" - this may sound strange if he said this on the street, isn't it?

Anyway b_wom2 is another interesting discovery about GTA3, thanks to DjFzerowipeoutmusik.
